By working with Noora or using our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
We provide website design and development services tailored for small and service-based businesses. The scope of each project will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Any additional features or changes requested later may be treated as a separate task. Our goal is to deliver simple, effective websites that help your business grow.
2. Payment Terms
A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Payments must be made through agreed methods such as PayPal or Wise.
Work will not start until the initial payment is received. Final delivery files or website access will be provided after full payment is completed.
3. Project Timeline
Most projects are completed within 2–5 days, depending on complexity and requirements. Timelines may extend if there are delays in communication or content delivery from the client.
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality. Regular updates will be provided during the project.
4. Revisions
We offer reasonable revisions to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Minor changes are included within the project scope. However, major revisions or new requests beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges.
Clear communication helps keep revisions smooth and efficient.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback required for the project. This includes text, images, business details, and timely responses.
Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline. Clear and prompt communication ensures faster delivery.
6. Ownership
Once full payment is received, the completed website and its assets will be fully transferred to the client. You will have complete ownership and control over your website.
We do not claim any rights over your business content. However, we may showcase the project in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
7. Support
Basic support is provided after project completion to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes minor fixes and guidance if needed.
Ongoing maintenance or updates can be arranged separately if required. We are always available for reasonable assistance.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once the project has started. If work has not yet begun, refund requests may be considered.
Partial refunds are not guaranteed once progress has been made. We ensure clear communication to avoid misunderstandings.
9. Third-Party Services
Websites may include third-party tools, hosting platforms, or integrations. We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or changes caused by these external services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their subscriptions if required. We will assist in setup but do not control third-party platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from the use of the website. While we aim to deliver high-quality work, results may vary depending on multiple factors.
Clients are responsible for how they use the website. Our responsibility is limited to the services provided.
